By visiting or purchasing from townmarkco.com, you agree to the following terms. This site is operated by Townmark LLC (“Townmark,” “we,” “us”).

Products. We make every effort to display product colors and artwork accurately. Because garments are individually dyed and printed, slight variations in color and print placement may occur.

Pre-orders. Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase and made to order. Estimated ship dates are shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. See our Refund & Exchange Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

Pricing and payment. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Orders already placed are not affected. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify; we do not store your card details.

Shipping. We currently ship within the United States. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Order cancellation. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item cannot be produced or shipped, or if we suspect fraud.

Intellectual property. All artwork, designs, logos, text, and images on this site belong to Townmark and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Townmark is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site or our products.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
